Sick

Pop has been in and out of the hospital a couple of times in the past few months.  Now it is my turn. I get to see an audyologist for being dizzy n an orthopedic surgeon for my carpal tunnel whooo. I am excited. 

Insulin Resistance is my new challenge

My Dr. Diagnosed me with Being insulin resistant so that means my pancreas produces insulin my body does absorb all of.  I have to admit I was kinda freaked out by this.  The Dr. Said I need to take metformin and I have been reading that a therapeutic dose is 1500 mg daily. Also I need to eat a protein when I eat a carb. It is hard for me to wrap my head around this but I will cause it is the right thing to do.

Diy nails

I am teaching myself how to do acrylic nails without tips.  This is my first attempt.

My brother has been visiting from Alaska for the last week, tommorow we say goodbye.
